Returns
Return Policy for prints
In an effort to be more sustainable, each product is printed when an order is placed, and then immediately shipped to you. For this reason, I do not accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at contact@support.kaikuri.com within three (3) business days of receiving your order.
Quality Concerns
If your dissatisfaction is due to a defect in quality, a mistake in the order (a wrong print was sent, for example), or damage during shipping, I will send you a new item at no additional cost. To validate the claim, please email me at contact@support.kaikuri.com with photographic evidence of the quality issue, along with your order number.
Refund methods
Paid with PayPal
Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Paid with Credit Card
Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy for prints
Order cancellations can only be accepted if the production process has not begun. Since my products are printed to order by a trusted printing partner, I am not able to halt or cancel the order once production has commenced. Orders go into production the same day or one (1) business day after the order is placed.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, I cannot cancel or refund it.
Frequently Asked Questions
I entered the wrong shipping address, how can I fix this?
If you entered the wrong shipping address when you placed the order, you can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. I won’t be able to update it manually for security reasons.

You can cancel your order at any time before it goes to production.
I changed my mind, now what?
I understand these things happen. I will cancel and refund any orders that have not gone into production, so please reach out as soon as you can so I can take action and give you back your money.
